Comprehensive News & Policy Report

Twenty-six people have been killed in a Russian bomb attack on an aid centre in Ukraine, Kyiv said on Tuesday. Blaming Russia for the attack, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this was "proof" that Moscow did not want de-escalation of the war or justice.

In a video address, Zelenskyy said: "We have intel that Russia is preparing a new massive attack on our country – primarily targeting energy and logistics. Semikin said people remained trapped beneath the rubble. Rescue operations were continuing, but Russian drone attacks had forced teams to suspend their work repeatedly.

Authorities declared Tuesday a day of mourning throughout the Zaporizhzhia region. The Express Global Desk at indianexpress.com which delivers authoritative, verified, and context-dri... Read More
