Ahmedabad resident Dhangauri Baroliya sent a Rakhi to Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Raksha Bandhan, recalling a meeting with him during the Dharali floods last year.Baroliya was visiting Uttarakhand around Raksha Bandhan last year when she got stranded in flood-hit Dharali. Dhami visited the area to meet stranded people and met Baroliya during the visit.As Raksha Bandhan was approaching, Dhami asked her if she had a Rakhi and could tie it on his wrist. Baroliya did not have one, so she tore a small piece from her dupatta and tied it around his wrist.Join conversation
