The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Salesforce and existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Fresh capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand its global deployment teams and meet growing enterprise demand for its AI operating system, which helps companies automate workflows, deploy AI-native applications and coordinate AI agents across business functions, said the Amsterdam-headquartered company in the statement.

Founded in 2025 by Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar, Wonderful said it has expanded to more than 35 markets and grown to 650 employees since its Series B round in March this year.

"We're entering a new era of enterprise transformation. Just as cloud platforms became the foundation of the modern enterprise, AI operating systems will become the foundation of every enterprise," chief executive Bar Winkler said in a statement.

The company is also doubling down on India, which it expects to become one of its largest markets. In an interview with ET in August, cofounder and chief technology officer Roey Lalazar said Wonderful plans to scale its India team to as many as 1,000 forward-deployed engineers over the next 10 to 12 months, while opening offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Lalazar had told ET the company is approaching $100 million in annualised revenue and expects its global headcount to cross 1,000 by the end of the year.

On the recent slowdown in enterprise AI spending, Lalazar said Wonderful has not seen a pullback because its deployments are tied to measurable business outcomes rather than productivity experiments.

"Every deployment starts with a clear cost or efficiency case signed off by the C-suite," he told ET, adding that the company focuses on end-to-end enterprise workflows instead of standalone AI tools.

On competition from frontier AI model providers, Lalazar said Wonderful remains model-agnostic. "You can coexist," he said, describing the startup as a partner to companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic rather than a competitor.
