Bihar Education Department Announces Schedule for TRE Phase-4 School Teacher Document Verification

The Bihar State Education Department, in coordination with the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), has officially issued the schedule and standard operational protocols for the document verification and district allocation counseling under TRE Phase-4. The drive encompasses over 85,000 vacant teaching positions across government primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools in Bihar.

According to the official circular, candidate authentication will be executed strictly through biometric facial recognition and real-time Aadhaar verification at designated District Registration and Counseling Centers (DRCC) across all 38 districts. Candidates are required to produce original academic marksheets, CTET/STET qualification certificates, domicile documents, and category credentials matching their online applications.

The department has established automated appointment letter generation directly via the state e-Shiksha Kosh portal once document verification is completed and approved by the district scrutiny officer. Appointed teachers will undergo a mandatory two-week residential induction training at District Institutes of Education and Training (DIET) before assuming classroom duties.

District magistrates have been directed to deploy adequate administrative and police personnel at all verification venues to ensure transparency and smooth counseling for all candidates.
