(Instagram) According to the latest reports shared online, the late Dolly Parton’s manager has chosen to dismiss and drop all of the charges that had been filed against her nephew, Bryan Seaver. At the time, they had sought a restraining order against Seaver, with allegations of threats, intimidation, and coercion.Seaver maintained throughout the case that he was innocent, that most of the messages that were being listed as alleged ‘proof’ of his behaviour were nothing but words that had been taken for granted.

Seaver had worked with Parton as the head of her security detail for years. Only weeks after her passing, he and all of the security personnel from his own company that had been working on Parton’s estate were removed from the premises.

Some of the allegations that had been listed against Seaver also included mentions of him allegedly using his experience as a former military officer to threaten violence against Danny Nozell, Parton's longtime manager.

While talking to TMZ about the same, Seaver had denied all of the allegations and had stated that the words were taken out of context, and he had only been "talking frankly in a private way with Danny, who I thought was my friend.”About Dolly Parton Parton kept her diagnosis secret until after her passing, and the news was shared worldwide only after her estate issued an official statement confirming Parton had cancer.
