Delhi HC rejects Vimal Elaichi's plea over Maharashtra FDA notices to SRK, Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff
The Delhi High Court dismissed PB Agro LLP's petition challenging Maharashtra FDA notices served to actors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff over alleged surrogate advertising of Vimal Elaichi. The court ruled that the petitioner failed to establish jurisdiction, leaving the FDA notice in force.
