Delhi High Court seeks government response on action plan for eliminating rabies by 2030
The Delhi High Court ordered the Delhi government to submit a response within four weeks on its plan to eradicate rabies from stray dogs by 2030, and directed municipal bodies to report on pilot sterilisation and vaccination camps. The bench, comprising Justices Dinesh Mehta and Rajnish Kumar Gupta, acted on recommendations from amicus curiae Gauri Maulekhi, with the next hearing set for October 5.
