‘I don’t have any criminal history… want to know why notice was issued’: Gautam Buddha University student from Jantar Mantar protest
Gautam Buddha University student Akshat Tripathi challenged a peace bond notice issued after a July 20 Jantar Mantar protest, prompting the Noida police to cancel the notice on September 5. He has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court seeking disclosure of the allegations that led to the notice.
