Acted ‘unanimously’ on electoral roll revision orders: Election Commission tells Supreme Court
The Election Commission of India filed a joint affidavit before the Supreme Court stating that its top officials acted unanimously to issue Special Intensive Revision orders for electoral rolls. The filing also highlighted that a July 2026 internal work‑allocation order was not implemented following a joint direction by the two Election Commissioners.
