Executive Magistrate who issued notice to student suspended, SG informs apex court
The Solicitor-General told the Supreme Court that an Executive Magistrate of the Greater Noida Commissionerate was suspended after issuing a show‑cause notice to a Gautam Buddha University student despite a court order. The court had earlier barred any coercive action against students involved in NEET‑UG protests.
