Large stock of counterfeit medicines seized from private facility in Bengaluru
Police in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, have arrested 17 of 30 suspects tied to a counterfeit liquor operation that caused multiple deaths, including a Karni Sena leader, a licensed liquor contractor and a known smuggler. The investigation revealed manufacturing in agricultural fields and a distribution network that pushed the illicit “Sagar Gold” liquor into villages.
