Kerala HC issues notice to Mani C. Kappan on petition seeking disqualification as Pala MLA
The Kerala High Court has issued a notice to Pala MLA Mani C. Kappan in response to a petition that seeks his disqualification as an elected representative. The petition, filed by businessman Dinesh Menon, also requests that the assembly speaker and Election Commission declare the seat vacant and schedule a by‑election.
