In Patna, protest seeking more reservation runs into police wall
Hundreds of Dalit and OBC activists marched in Patna on Tuesday demanding the implementation of a 65% reservation quota, which the Patna High Court declared unconstitutional in 2024. Police blocked the march at Dak Bungalow Chowk with iron barriers and briefly detained seven protesters before releasing them.
