ICE arrests Indian truck driver
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Indian national Simranpal Singh at a Pennsylvania weigh station on September 4 after discovering he held a New York‑issued commercial driver’s licence and an outstanding federal wire‑fraud warrant. He will remain in ICE custody pending transfer to the U.S. Marshals Service and subsequent removal proceedings.
