Two persons were killed when a tractor-trolley collided with their motorcycle and overturned, falling on them at Buchireddypalem village in Yerrupalem mandal of Khammam district on Sunday.

The deceased were identified as Nagaraju, 32, of Buchireddypalem and Ramesh, 33, of Kothapalli village in NTR District of Andhra Pradesh.

The duo were returning to Buchireddypalem after attending a marriage at Yerrupalem when the accident occurred. The sand-laden tractor-trolley overturned and fell on them in the impact of the collision, killing them on the spot, sources said.

The Yerrupalem police registered a case and launched an investigation.
