To tackle patient load, Delhi Cabinet nod for 250-bed trauma block at GTB hospital
The Delhi Cabinet approved a Rs 244.87 crore project to build a 250‑bed super‑speciality and trauma block at Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital in East Delhi. The seven‑storey facility, slated for completion by 2028, will expand emergency and critical care capacity for the city’s heavily burdened hospital.
