Billing, retrospective tariffs: Gurgaon residents to raise concerns with power regulator

Resident Welfare Associations along Gurgaon’s Dwarka Expressway will petition the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission over problems with the Unified Billing System and retrospective commercial tariffs. The regulator has set an Oct 7 deadline for the discom’s response and scheduled a follow‑up hearing on Oct 12.
